My steak burritos

All you need is,

(1) Large flour tortillas
(2) Some steak or stew meat
(3) White rice
(4) Green pepper
(5) Onion
(6) Salsa or sun dried tomatoes
(7) Sour cream
(8) Shreaded mexican cheeze

First cut the steak up into small strips. Then cut up the onion and green pepper and add however much you want to the meat. Fry it all together with some soy sauce or other kind of sauce. boil a cup of white rice or how ever you need.(For those of you that have trouble with cooking rice, I have an antient chinese secret. put the rice in a pot, put your finger down in the pot and touch the top or the rice, fill with water to the first line of your finger, roughly 3/4 of an inch. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.)

Next you need to steam your tortillas. If you have a round grill rack you can boil a little bit of water in a pot and place the tortilla on the rack and place it on the boiling pot of water. You only have to keep it on for a few minutes each side. This makes it stretchy and easy to fold. If you don't have a grill rack you can spread a little water on the tortilla and putn it on a plate in the mcrowave for a minute.

Spread a little rice on a steam tortilla and then spread some steak on top of that. (Not much, you don't want to over load it.) then a little salsa or tomatoes, some cheeze and some sour cream.

Now you have what I like to call my style of steak burrito. Enjoy!
